You've taken the right step by getting more info on the 98Q internship program. Any one with the desire to work hard and play harder and are dedicated, fun and positive are encouraged to appy!  You will be expected to help set up at station events and work with on air staff in studio learning the ins and outs of the biz! You must be able to lift at least 25lbs and work some events on weekends.
