We will collect items that will go to benefit and brighten the holidays for our local kids in foster care.

MOST-NEEDED ITEMS THIS YEAR:

* GIFT CARDS - Perfect for the older kids & teens in foster care.  They can be to any store, any amount.  These gift cards will be used as holiday gifts, but also into next year when a child is placed with a foster family immediately.  Your contribution, your gift card gives a young boy or girl the opportunity to go out and get toys or clothes.  It can also help them feel more settled during a difficult time of change.

* BABY & TODDLER TOYS

* BABY ITEMS - Clothes, onesies, diapers, bottles, binkies.

* TOILETRIES - Shampoo, deodorant, body wash, toothpaste, etc.

Also collecting: Toys, backpacks, stuffed animals, books.  All items brand new (gently-used can not be accepted).

This is our 15th year of 98Q's Bags & Bears...A Connecticut holiday tradition, with the Connecticut Department of Children & Families.
