Man charged with harassing, threatening Fotis Dulos' lawyers

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (AP) - A Connecticut man accused of making more than two dozens calls to Fotis Dulos' attorneys and threatening them has been charged with harassment. The Hartford Courant reports New Haven police arrested 31-year-old Adam Davenport and charged him with second-degree harassment. The New Haven resident is accused of making a series of phone calls to Norm Pattis and Kevin Smith beginning in September. The two attorneys were representing Dulos, who was charged with murdering his wife. Dulos died in late January. Officials say Davenport admitted to making the calls but said he was only joking and meant no actual harm.
