Connecticut health officials have confirmed the state’s first measles case of 2026. An unvaccinated Hartford County resident tested positive after returning from international travel and is hospitalized in stable condition. Officials say more than 2,000 measles cases have been reported nationwide this year and are urging residents to make sure their vaccinations are up to date.
