Governor Ned Lamont is proposing another use of Connecticut’s Federal Cuts Response Fund to help offset reductions linked to federal policy changes. The plan includes support for dairy farms, homelessness prevention, refugee services, unemployment programs and research funding at the University of Connecticut and UConn Health.
