A Yale study found cannabis was detected more often in people killed in Connecticut crashes after recreational use became legal. The increase was significant among motorcyclists, while the rate among pedestrians nearly doubled. Researchers caution however, that a positive test does not prove impairment or that cannabis caused a crash.
