33 year old Kristen Emily Hogan has pleaded not guilty in Danbury Superior Court to multiple charges, including attempted murder, perjury, and evidence tampering. Prosecutors say Hogan is accused of poisoning a Ridgefield man last year, using a toxic substance commonly found in antifreeze, and later interfering with the investigation. She’s also charged in a separate case involving allegations she falsified DNA test results during a custody dispute over her children. Hogan is scheduled to return to court on May 21.
