A Danbury man faces a felony charge in New York after state police say he drove drunk on Interstate 84 with his eight year old and one year old children in the car. Troopers stopped 35 year old Edber Chamba for speeding in Southeast. Police say a breath test showed a blood alcohol level of point-one-six, twice New York’s legal limit. The children were released to a sober adult. Chamba was released on bail pending a court hearing.
