According to public meeting minutes, a dispute has emerged between the Friends group and the Danbury Library Board over who controls the money. Friends President Larry Morgan says the funds belong to the nonprofit, while Library Board President Ned Moore says the money has historically supported the library itself. The meeting is scheduled for five p m on Monday.
