A 47 year old Danbury man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison, suspended after 12 years, for a 2024 downtown shooting that injured another man. Ehson D. Rosado pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including first-degree assault and illegal firearm offenses. Police said the shooting happened near the Danbury City Center Green after what investigators described as a random and unprovoked confrontation. Rosado will also serve five years of probation following his release.
