New Milford zoning officials could vote August 25 on a proposed 6,300-square-foot commercial building at Route 202 and Park Lane West. Fifteen nearby residents have signed a letter opposing the project, saying it would hurt the residential character of the neighborhood and worsen traffic. The developer says the property is already zoned for business use and has revised the plan with added landscaping, fencing and a right-turn-only driveway.
