A 76 year old woman from Redding who faced dozens of animal cruelty charges tied to neglected goats on her property has died. Authorities said more than 60 goats were seized in 2021, while dozens more were found dead. Court records show the charges were dismissed earlier this year after she completed accelerated rehabilitation. Town officials confirmed her death certificate was filed last week.
