Connecticut’s Lemon Law program returned a record $8.1 million to owners of defective vehicles in 2025. The state Department of Consumer Protection says 113 arbitration cases resulted in refunds or replacement vehicles, including one refund topping $204,000. The program has now returned more than $100 million to consumers since its launch in 1982.
