Connecticut environmental conservation police are stepping up boating under the influence enforcement during the national Operation Dry Water campaign from today through Monday. Officials remind boaters that operating a vessel with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 percent or higher is illegal and can now also affect driving privileges under state law.
