An elderly man was found dead in a swimming pool on Stadley Rough Road in Danbury Wednesday morning. City officials say emergency crews were called to the residential street around nine o’clock for a report of an unresponsive person. Officers found the man and pronounced him dead. Officials say the incident appears isolated. The state medical examiner will determine the cause of death as the investigation continues.
