A 65 year old Pamela Aguilar of Shelton has pleaded guilty to federal wire fraud charges after admitting she embezzled more than $730,000 from a Danbury software company where she served as chief financial officer. Prosecutors say Aguilar concealed the theft for years through false financial reports. She faces up to 20 years in prison at sentencing in August.
