27 year old Melissa Ramirez, an illegal alien, now faces two counts of second-degree manslaughter after a July 13 head-on crash killed Bridgeport police officer Cooper Whiteside and Brittany Islami. Danbury police say Ramirez was impaired and speeding. ICE has lodged a detainer against her.
